The MATH102 Question challenge is resource to help students prepare for upcoming exams by solving questions from past exams. The best way to learn a concept is to explain or teach that concept. Click on on of the questions in the Question Pool and get solving! Be sure to explain how you solved the problem. Perhaps write a hint for your fellow students. If you don't understand something or think a solution is not write, add a comment!

Welcome to the MATH102 Question Challenge. This is a resource to help students study for upcoming Math exams by solving and explaining past Math exam questions.

Current Challenge

Almost all the posted questions are actual problems from one of the Math 102 final exams.

Click on any link below to work on the solution or hints on a question of your choice. To edit, you have to log in (top left) with your CWL.

Add a New Question to the Challenge Pool

Interested in adding a new question to the challenge? Here's how:

  1. Look at the past Math102 exams
  2. Find a question you'd like to add to the challenge. You may wish to make sure the question has not already been solved on the MER Wiki.
  3. Add the question using the box below. Enter the year, month, and question number into the box (please use this format: YEAR Month Question, for example: 2008 May Q01a or 2017 December Q02f.
  4. Copy and paste the question from the past exam into the question area of the new wiki page.
