Adding a Creative Commons License to your page
Creative Commons licenses are copyright licenses that allow others to reuse work. The licenses differ by several combinations that condition the terms of distribution. They were initially released on December 16, 2002 by Creative Commons, a United States on-profit corporation founded in 2001.
It's easy to add a Creative Commons (CC) license to your page. To do so:
- Click edit on your page
- Go to insert> template menu and type cc-by-4.0. Select this and click on add template.
- Ignore the "Add more information" and press Insert.
For a full list of the different Creative Commons license you can add to a wiki page, please see UBC_Wiki:Creative_Commons_Licenses
