# User talk:DeborahMa

Hi Deborah,
Thanks for contributing to the wiki with your essay. Here's some feedback for you.

• You discussed many examples here, it would be great if you could add images for us to see, or at least links to click on!
• A title maybe? Using ==Title== makes things really easy.
• Consider using the [itex]formulae here[/itex] formatting to display your math formulas. For example, typing [itex]a^2[/itex] gives you ${\displaystyle a^{2}}$.
• When citing your sources, consider using the <ref></ref> tag which produces something like this[1]. If you do so, you then need to add the tag<references/>where you would like to see your references collected. See the code for this page to see how I did this or check the reference.

Hi, thanks for using the UBC Wiki! As part of an effort to better organize the UBC Wiki, we're moving all course related content to the Course space of the wiki. I just moved your new pages to Course:MATH110/003/Groups/Group_08/GROUP_8_-_Basic_Skills_Assignment_HW. I also moved another page you created to Sandbox:Group_8_-_Basic_Skills_Assignment_HW. That second page looked like it was a duplicate of the first page so I put a deletion notice on it. Please leave a note on that article's talk page if you do not want it to be deleted.

If you create a page with an incorrect page title, you can easily rename or move that page (rather than creating a new page) by clicking the "move" tab at the top of the wiki. See Help:Moving_a_page for more info.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a note on my talk page.

Thanks again, Will - WikiAdministrator 22:42, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
