The UBC CLF Theme comes with several default page templates. These templates allow for the quick creation of common pages seen throughout the web.
The following is a listing of all the page templates and their purpose
Archives
This template creates two post archive lists organized by category and month respectively.
The post archive by category list lists and links to all categories that contain posts and their overall hierarchy. Furthermore, a link to the archives' RSS feeds is provided as well as the number of posts that each category holds.
The post archive by month list lists and links to all the months that contain posts and displays the number of posts created each month.
Authors
This template displays all site authors' display names on the page alongside their bio and their Gravatar.
Biography
This template displays the page author's nickname and Gravatar alongside all of the content in their profile's biography section.
Blank Canvas
This template provides a page without a title header.
Blog
This template displays the most recent posts published on the site in reverse chronological order.
Bookmarks
This template pulls and displays your blogroll from the Links feature in WordPress (Dashboard -> Links).
Categories
This template lists (in hierarchical order) and links to all post category archives. Furthermore, a link to each category's RSS feed and the number of posts in each category are provided.
Categories that do not contain any posts are not displayed.
Daily
The template lists and links to each day's post archive and displays a number of posts published each day. Days where no posts were published are not mentioned.
Monthly
This template lists and links to each month's post archive and displays a number of posts published each month. Months where no posts were published are not mentioned.
No Title
This template provides a page without a title header.
