Moved your new page to the Sandbox

Hi, thanks for using the UBC Wiki! As part of an effort to better organize the UBC Wiki, we're trying to organize wiki pages by moving them to the appropriate section of the wiki. The goal of this process is to make information on the UBC Wiki easier to find.

I moved one of your recently created pages to the sandbox - Sandbox:Best Practice Variant Detection with the GATK v2. The Sandbox can be thought of as your notebook; it's a great place for personal projects, building pages, or just testing things out on the Wiki.

Please see Help:Namespaces for some general tips on how the UBC Wiki is organized. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate let me know.

Thanks again,

Ah, perfect. I was wondering where the place was for that kind of thing. I thought I would be able to delete the page. Thanks for your help,

Eric

No problem, sorry for my slow reply. By default, the Wiki does not allow users to delete pages. This limitation is partially based on the theory that pages on the wiki are not "owned" by any one person but rather belong to the community. However, you can always request a page to be deleted - see Help:Deleting a page for more info on that topic.

Cheers,
