Remarks on your essay

Hi Andrea,
Thanks for contributing to the wiki with your essay. Here's some feedback for you.

  • If math is never fun, then let's make a point of changing this! :) For example, what does really happen when the triangle is not right? Does it really not work? If so, show us an example maybe? Do all the problems about the Pythagorean Theorem have to involve plugging numbers in it? Maybe we could something more interesting. For example, if you build tanks of water on the sides, you should see a link with the volume of water. (Well, it should work unless you don't build them properly like these guys).
  • Make sure you cite your sources, see below on how to format this in your page.
  • When citing your sources, consider using the <ref></ref> tag which produces something like this[1]. If you do so, you then need to add the tag<references/>where you would like to see your references collected. See the code for this page to see how I did this or check the reference.

Moved your page

Hi, thanks for using the UBC Wiki! I just wanted to drop you a note that I moved your recently created page to Sandbox talk:Glarus/Homework 13. It looks like the page might have been made by mistake and a new version was created at Course:MATH110/003/Teams/Glarus/Homework_13. I put a delete notice on the page that looks like it was created by mistake.

Rather than create duplicate pages, you can always rename/move you page. Please see Help:Moving a page for more info. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a note on my talk page.

Cheers,
