I really like this topic and feel like it is often overlooked in today's society due to the intersectionality in dealing with both the discrimination of women and Muslims. I see that you had the intention of adding the Intersectionality subtopic and think that that is a great point to talk about. Another matter of conversation on this topic that I suggest you explore is the controversy in that Non-Muslims often claim that Islam discriminates against women and attempt to allegedly "protect" Muslim women. I believe that this is also a cause of prejudice against Muslim Women, particularly due to the banning of certain Muslim headscarves in the West.

Hey! Definitely a great topic to explore and I'm sure there's more you're planning on expanding on so this might be irrelevant, but I think it would be interesting or helpful in narrowing your topic by specifying the demographics of these workplaces - are they relevant to Canadian workplaces? And how does cultural context then affect the discrimination of Muslim women in the workplace based off what demographic you're looking at? I see you've touched on Canadian workplaces a bit but I'm not sure if that's your primary focus.
