TA Training Program in the Department of Physics and Astronomy
The Physics and Astronomy Professional Development program began in 2007 and has developed into a large, complex program. Some of the main features of the program are that it is coordinated, facilitated and developed exclusively by graduate student TAs, provides ongoing training and follow-up support, and focuses on practical teaching tools that TAs can employ in their classrooms.

Things we're working to improve

- How to evaluate whether our program is producing "better" TAs
