Learning Commons talk:Student Orientation/UX Lab Design

Hi team,

I spend some time on re-working the research questions to be a bit more open ended. I don't think we are ever looking for a yes or no in a UX lab - more of a how - we want to learn from their navigation behavior and the actions they take when interacting with the site.

Also I wasn't sure about the comparing layouts part. What was the goal there? If it was to determine whether the layout was helpful to finding information or detrimental - we may want to add that for clarity.
