- Good, helpful learning objectives
- More examples, or one overarching case, would be helpful for understanding all the concepts and definitions (e.g. a UBC-specific example)
- Include activities that encourage students to find examples from the UBC context that demonstrate concepts and tensions explained in the case study
- One idea for an activity or something to encourage students to do: encourage students to think about how they would develop a sustainable business model (similar to the company where most of the references come from)
