I had planned to develop a resource like this for our faculty, but when I read yours, it seemed a waste of resources to do another version of this when you had already done such a beautiful job. I am familiar with many of the resources you highlight and have shared these with our Faculty as well. We would republish your article in full and contextualize with our local resources.
