It is not clear where the information in this dictionary comes from, but the Atikamekw Nation Council is cited as the license owners under some entries.
Tools and Framework used
This dictionary is a multimedia website that utilizes images and audio. It is an open source that shares digital infrastructure with other dictionaries in the Algonquian Dictionaries and Language Resources Project.
Access
The digital copy of the dictionary can be accessed through the dictionary's website, dictionnaire Atikamekw. The physical copy of the dictionary can be purchased through the dictionary's website, under Livres. Clicking on the achetez button will take the user to another website where they can carry out the transaction. There is a French tutorial on how to buy the physical copy in the Livres page.

Dialects Included
The letter in parenthesis to the left of the headphone icons on entries signify dialect. There are three varieties along entires: O, W, MW. However, when the MW entries are expanded, it only appears as W, which is the Wemotaci dialect. The O dialect does not seem to be specified in any entry we have come across.
Type of Dictionary
This is a bilingual, bidirectional, topical dictionary.
How are Entries Organised
Entries can be organized alphabetically in either Atikamekw or French (mots atikamekw, or mots-clés français), topically (thèmes), by morpheme (Les morphèmes), or grammatical category (catégories grammaticales). These categories can be found under the Fureter tab. Further, entries can be searched in French and Atikamekw with the search engine. The tab below the search engine titled Options avancées allows the user to access more complex settings such as which language, type of search, or part of the word they would like to appear in their results.

Readers are able to contact the editorial team through the text bubble icon within each entry. It is found at the bottom of the entry.
Finally, not all words will lead to successful searches. Some words have to be spelled in the plural or singular form, in order for the search to work.
