How are Entries Organised

Entries are organized topically. Some of the main topics include: Animals, Sewing and Beading, and Body Conditions, Sickness, Disease and Emotion. Animals, Parts of the Body and Buildings are the only three main topics that have sub-categories, such as Moose, Face and Head, and Furniture.

Some entries include more than one word as a translation and others have clarifications along with the English translations.

This draft of the dictionary has some typed annotations like "???" and "Check!", which likely means that this rendition is not fully accurate or is missing some information on its entries.  

The Alaska Native Language Archive includes three more files besides the draft of the dictionary. One of them is the Word document version of the dictionary while the other two are typed notes and earlier versions.
