Each entry contains one or more English translations, followed by a list of English synonyms grouped by parts of speech. No other information is included in entries. The Index of Subjects is organised alphabetically by English headword in boldface type, followed by a list of Blackfoot equivalents. The Vocabulary Study Lists are a series of word lists grouped by noun, verb, and adjective, organised alphabetically within each category. For each part of speech, both Blackfoot-English and English-Blackfoot word lists are given. Each entry in the Blackfoot to English word lists contains the Blackfoot headword followed by the English equivalent; each entry in the English to Blackfoot word lists contains the English headword followed by the Blackfoot equivalent.

An Index is included at the end of the resource, organised alphabetically by English headword. Listed with each headword are the page numbers in the Thesaurus where the word appears.
