Published June, 1978 by the Alaska Native Language Center, University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Alaska. The PDF includes extensive handwritten notes and annotations.

The Alaska Native Language Archive notes that this dictionary is dated approximately 1975 by the author, although some annotations are more recent. The version on the Alaska Native Language Archive, including the annotations, appears to be the same version available elsewhere, other than that the Alaska Native Language Archive version does not have front matter.

Handwritten annotations and page numbers are included in the PDF scan, some of which are difficult to read due to fading.

From the Alaska Native Language Archive: "Written in Leerʼs comparatively-oriented orthography notated with Tongass-style stigmata, rather than Northern Tlingit-style long and short vowels with low or high tone."
