The dictionary consists of two major sections: an English-Quileute Dictionary organized alphabetically by English and an Quileute-English Dictionary organized alphabetically by Quileute. The dictionary is introduced by a Preface, Introduction, and Phonemic Sketch. There are five appendixes included at the end of the dictionary: Quileute Place Names, Quileute Deictics, Quileute Numbers, Grammatical Sketch, and Morphophonemics.
