According to the reference on WorldCat, the hardware requirements for using this resource are quite specific. Users would require a Pioneer 2200 laserdisc player, a Pioneer UC-V104BC barcode reader, a colour monitor or TV set, a barcode reader to videodisc player cable, and a RF or A/V cable to connect the videodisc player and monitor to use this resource.
