Entries can be viewed alphabetically by Mi'kmaq headword, searched by Mi'kmaq or English, or by categories based on English keywords and grammatical features. Each entry displays the headword in boldface text, its English definition in plain text, and an audio button. Clicking on an entry opens its own sub-page. Each sub-page lists the headword, a minimum of three audio files, the English translation and grammatical information, sentence examples, alternate grammatical forms, and the source of the entry in previous dictionaries.
