Similarly to Ulukau, this dictionary is a compilation of other dictionaries and more of a database than a traditional dictionary. Many hyperlinks are embedded within cited resources that redirect the user to a Ulukau link, more information about the resource and its authors, or the references page were they can check details of the source and its abbreviation. There is a note about these hyperlinks in a section titled Links under the introduction.
The dictionary also includes a page titled Kauakūkalahale, which "is a weekly Hawaiian language newspaper column, published in Honolulu newspapers since October 27, 2002". This page is a compilation of all the columns, organized alphabetically.
