Included Languages and Directionality
The directionality of this dictionary changes frequently. All lists begin with English followed by two to three columns of different Algic languages. Algic languages included are Narragansett, Penobscot (Eastern Abenaki), “Schoodak Passam” (Passamaquoddy), and Montack-Wood (Mohegan-Pequot).
Dialects Included
This dictionary does not specify the dialects of any of the included languages.
Type of Dictionary
This is a multilingual, mono-directional word list.
How are Entries Organised
Entries in this dictionary are organised very loosely according to topic. Numbers are grouped together, and kinship terms are listed together. However, no other organisation is used, as it is a very short word list. Entries are organized into two to three columns. The first column lists the English headword, and the following columns contain the translation from various Algic languages, one language per column. None of the English terms are translated into all included Algic languages. However, all included English terms are translated into Narragansett.
