Earlier editions include a fifth edition published in 2016 and a third edition in 2011. We are unable to determine when the first edition was published. How are Entries Organised

Entries are organised alphabetically by English in the English–Chukchansi section and by Northern Valley Yokuts in the Chukchansi–English section. Entries include the headword (the Chukchansi–English entries have two forms as headwords), the part of speech, the translation, and two example sentences written in both languages. In both sections, most entries include two forms of the word in Northern Valley Yokuts: noun and adjective entries include the subject and object forms, and verb entries include the recent past and remote/narrative past forms. The example sentences each illustrate one of the two included forms. Many entries also have additional forms listed below. Noun and adjective entries have forms related to ownership, use, and location. Verb entries have forms related to tense, commands, suggestions, and hypotheticals.
