How are Entries Organised

This is a very short wordlist. Entries are included in section 2, Vocabulary, and section 3, Tribal Names. Entries in both sections include the Atsugewi entry followed by the English translation in italics, and are separated from other entries by a semi-colon. The entries are organized into unlabelled semantic sections and include: numerals, human/body words, mammals, birds, reptiles, plants, and pronouns.

Other Notes

In the Introduction Kroeber notes that the source material is not great quality, but hopes that it will encourage the development of better Atsugewi in the future. He published this wordlist as at the time information on Atsugewi had never been published.
