Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I moved your new page over to the Library Namespace. The page is now at Library:HSS News Categories (the only difference is a colon instead of a forward slash after the prefix Library). Before the article was in the root of the wiki and it was editable by anyone. The Help:Namespaces article has some general information on using namespaces.
