Muscles defining Masculinity

Hey,

I really liked your topic - you started off with a short description of what you are going to explore and then further went on to provide the readers with helpful definitions. I also like the various links you have made to muscularity, which are not limited to muscle dysmorphia and dieting. Overall, I feel that adding an intersectional analysis and somehow linking your topic to the course would be really great. Hope this helps you!

Thank you

Reproductive Choices

Hey,

I found your topic very interesting and like how you have mentioned both men and women in your discussion to provide an overall idea of the concern of HIV positive people. However, I feel that you can focus more on the stigmatisation of both men and women as that has been explored in a little less detail in your entries. Furthermore, you can try and link this topic to the course by examining the readings of reproductive choices and how stigma plays a role in not only those with HIV, but also other individuals such as women of colour. This factor will help you in making an intersectional analysis of the the concept of reproductive choices. Hope this helps you.

Thanks!

Forced sterilization

Hey, I think that while you are introducing the concept of forced sterilisation, you can add an example of how it is portrayed in social media. One really good example would be the addition of the book "Inferno" by Dan Brown as it discusses the very same concept in a fictional manner. Other than that, I find your topic extremely fascinating, especially with the addition of disabilities. Another interesting thing that you can potentially do is choose a certain type of disability prevalent in North America and discuss how they are portrayed; check if there are any research papers or any experimental journals that have studied the concept of reproduction in relation to disabled individuals. Other than that, I enjoyed reading your entries. Hope this helps you!
