Styling mathematics (again)

Styling mathematics (again)

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for your recent contributions. In addition to David Kohler's previous suggestions to you, please also note the following:

  • Simply leave a blank line to insert a line break (instead of using a <br> tag)
  • Use \bmatrix in math environments for matrices, rather than arrays surrounded by parentheses
  • For augmented matrices, insert a bar in between the last two columns by using the array format specification {cc|c}, for example

Not only will these make things look nicer and more consistent, but they will also reduce the amount of typing you need to do!

In this regard, please review the (stylistic) changes I have made to your MATH 152 solutions, which were otherwise excellent!

Thank you for the suggestions! I don't know if you are aware of this, but David's suggestions are like 5 years old, so I kind of forgot about them.
