I think the use of examples would be really useful for your wiki page such as the problem in Saskatchewan that broke out with Aboriginal people being affected by HIV. The government ignored safe injection sites so the issue spread and it is still ongoing today. https://www.skhiv.ca/ is a really great informative website that gives you more information on this issue and I think using this as an example would be really impactful in your research for this wiki page.
