Great topic!

I'm so excited for this! I have a number of friends & family in the LGBT community, and I'm constantly reminded that they have a myriad of problems that I can't even begin to understand. I think the concept of a "chosen family" is so important for a few reasons; one) it's important to people in the LGBT community that have been rejected by their families, and it provides them hope for a different family and two) hopefully it inspires people to be a little bit more tolerant knowing they can be easily replaced. I'm excited for the rest of this topic, I think it'll be a great read.
