I LOVE your topic. I an see that it is just beginning to come together for your assignment, but i can see where it is going. I think this topic takes the cake for both originality and how relevant it is in society. I look forward to reading what else you come up with as I know how essential your section on media will be for emphasizing how the perception of fame and beauty is inherently medicalized through the immense amount of plastic surgery and alterations that the women of "beauty" we see in our society have. One thing to consider may be who allows this to be what we know as beauty. Do all women contribute to making these women the symbol of beauty or does it come from men in our society. Who buys what the media is selling as beauty?
