Hi, I enjoyed your perspective on disability in the work place, I enjoyed how you illuminated gendered perspectives and described it as a social construct. A question arose while I read your page, when you mean disability did you mean physical or mental or both? I noticed you used physical examples like "hearing loss", but does your research also apply to mental disabilities? I feel like you could have further elaborated on "invisible" disabilities like mental illness for example depression in the workplace. Also, for layout in your page I would recommend using more headings and categories so that its easier to read. I would also suggest putting images ad graphs to represent statistics? I saw that you included percentages comparing men and women, perhaps you could include some bar or pie graphs showing the evidence to enhance visual appearance. As for references, I see you have cited them properly. However, I could not click on links to get to the webpages. I would suggest adding external links to your references so viewers can access the pages easier.
