I enjoyed the overall layout and in depth content of your topic! I enjoyed the contrast you drew between gender treatment of workplace disability at the end further analyzed the problem of society's different perceptions about having disabilities. I can also see that you used many credible sources with the extensive reference list and I think that you've done very good research on the topic! For the overall layout, I would suggest that rather than using multiple headers, you can use sub-headers like Header 2 or 3 so that the content is a bit easier to view.
