Add hint, improve structure of solution

Currently, the hint only talks about the first part of the question. Please add a second hint. Also, it could be valuable to mention that spherical coordinates have been used.

For the solution I would like to have a little more structure. Start by repeating what we have to do, and finish with the correct complete sentence please.
