Clumping results

Sorting the list of motivations into clumps illuminated some interesting themes. Here's what my sort revealed. Where or not these newly revealed categories are relatable to people would need to be determined.

Process

  • I'm interested in T&L but where do I start?

  • How do I start projects, CoPs. etc.?
  • How do I evaluate my outcomes?

Practice

  • Are there people out there interested in the same stuff?
  • What CAN I do? (Digital Tattoo, Copyright, Strageic initiatives)
  • What does all this teaching jargon mean?
  • Where/how can I learn from others?

How do I assess learning? How do I attract students?

Development

  • How do I set something up?
  • How do I teach better?
  • How do I help my students learn?
  • How do I make myself more attractive to potential employers?
  • How do I recover?
