Toolkit Design

Hey All - I think the toolkits should look either like option 1 (accessibility) or option 3 (link out). I think if we add the third option it make get confusing.

Hi Erin, I added option 2 (similar to get started format)in case the content of the toolkit is long. For example: Teach in the Open will be one of the toolkits that will be appropriate to have the format similar to Get Started
