Questionnaire editing finished - it can now be completed online

I noticed that it takes a while to complete the entire questionnaire. Can we do it in more than one sitting? Also, there is a few repeated items in question one. I'm not sure if it needs any concern.

Yes, it took me about 45 minutes to complete it myself. I don't think we can do it in more than one sitting. If anyone knows differently let us know! Yes it's a pity about the repeated questions, but it shouldn't matter.
