That's a good point, but the rest of BC, or even greater van isnt getting flooded with news about how egregiously high housing prices are in langley etc. Hmm. There's pro's and con's to both approaches...

I agree that we should focus simply on the Vancouver. In terms of real estate, the outlying areas have differing trends and demographics, by isolating Vancouver I feel that our survey would be more focused.

Ok. So in one of the above threads, we decided to post 2-3 questions each... So perhaps we can start doing that. I'm going to go ahead and focus on Vancouver real estate. If someone feels otherwise, then throw up your questions however you see fit. And sometime tomorrow, and hash through them?
