Case 4

Hey guys! My apologies for checking this really late. I'll do #1, the encounter. As for my individual response, Dr. Kelly did not mention anything about expanding my pathogen list, so I think it will be fine to stick with only R. Rickettsia :) Also, I am worried that if we have too much information and text-heavy, Prezi will be too overwhelming. In my personal opinion, I think sticking with the wiki will be better (with images). But I'm fine with working with Prezi if everyone thinks Prezi could work too! (my email is esleelj@gmail.com)

Sticking with R. rickettsii sounds good to me! Haha I never noticed the whole "Rick" and "Ricketsii" observation Marta - good one! :) No need to apologize Sulmi! I agree with you on the text-heavy part but I think we can work around it by breaking up each question into smaller components eg. I split my question into "how do these bacteria enter into the human host and where do they take up residence" and "What are the molecular, cellular and/or physiological factors at play in this site specificity and in the initial adherence step?" --> I had two separate bubbles for that in my prezi so it wasn't a huge chunk of text at once. That way I could also add pics etc

I have sent you both the prezi and let me know what you guys think. I would be more than happy to help with editing stuff to make it more visually appealing if you would rather work on wiki, I don't mind switching! :)

Just a heads up, I'm going to be going to science grad on Saturday, so I'm going to be finishing my part tomorrow (Friday).
