Hey Walden! Were you doing Question 3? I noticed that there is quite a lot of overlap with my section (ie. results of culturing and confirmatory tests). Could you maybe edit your portion to ensure it just explains techniques and not results?

Thanks!

I'll do the references for part 1.

References are done. The CDC lab manual we've been referencing is actually a WHO-CDC publication. I dumped all the chapter references into this 1 reference in order to get rid of the duplicates we had.

Thanks Wylie for taking care of that!

Yup Kiran I agree, there's a lot of overlap between the two sections and that section 3 should mainly focus on the tests itself rather than the results.

Also Kiran, I added figure titles onto the stand alone figures. For your part i just wrote "figure #". I don't want to mess up your part so I thought I'd leave the rest of the figure title for you if thats okay.

I'll edit my parts although a bit, although I am not explaining any of the results.

Kiran you are doing question 4 right? For each potential pathogen, what are the expected results from these tests.

You don't need to describe the tests, that is my question for # 3

WaldenCheung (talk)04:16, 8 March 2015

Are those charts of candidate pathogens part of question 3? I think part 3 should just cover the tests in terms of how are they done and what general bacteria do they show. I think the candidate pathogens section is unnecessary and overlaps with question 4.

DesmondHui (talk)06:48, 8 March 2015

Ok i'll take them out

WaldenCheung (talk)07:01, 8 March 2015

thanks Walden!
