References are done. The CDC lab manual we've been referencing is actually a WHO-CDC publication. I dumped all the chapter references into this 1 reference in order to get rid of the duplicates we had.

Yup Kiran I agree, there's a lot of overlap between the two sections and that section 3 should mainly focus on the tests itself rather than the results.
Also Kiran, I added figure titles onto the stand alone figures. For your part i just wrote "figure #". I don't want to mess up your part so I thought I'd leave the rest of the figure title for you if thats okay.
I'll edit my parts although a bit, although I am not explaining any of the results.
Kiran you are doing question 4 right? For each potential pathogen, what are the expected results from these tests.
You don't need to describe the tests, that is my question for # 3
Are those charts of candidate pathogens part of question 3? I think part 3 should just cover the tests in terms of how are they done and what general bacteria do they show. I think the candidate pathogens section is unnecessary and overlaps with question 4.
