assignment 2 summary

Hi ladies,

 Sorry I was away yesterday, it looks like lots has been going on!  I like the idea of each of us working on our own summary, but I think we are going to need 1 person who will pull the whole thing together so it reads as one piece.  I don't mind doing that since I'm supposed to be the summarizer for this week. 
 I agree that we do need to include a section on confidentially, I think it's important to the assignment.  
 One thing that I need help with...I'm not clear what is the difference between an ethical dilemma and ethical distress, to me they mean the same thing?  If you're having an ethical dilemma you're in ethical distress...does that make sense?
