Hi there, I would of also brought in the whole transition as to how having a baby was viewed historically and now in the present day. It would be interesting to talk about the shift of having a child as being mandatory to it being an experience for enjoyment. I would also make sure to add captions under your photos rather than just a picture of Cathrine Higel giving birth. It is good to describe what people are looking at! Cheers!
I really enjoyed reading through your page because pregnancy and childbirth is becoming more prevalent in our lives the older we get, whether it be us or other people in our lives who are going through this milestone. The section where you talked about the role of men during pregnancy and the Patriarchal Model as an excellent addition to your page. When the topic of pregnancies arises, people are easy to assume that it only revolves around women, though men are just as involved int the process. I also liked the addition of how media depicts child birth. However, it might also be a good idea to elaborate on the topic by talking about how the other forms of media, other than movies, depict portray childbirth or may even talking about celebrities and their experiences with childbirth.
Interesting page- I really liked the way you included images from popular media as well as historic photos. Just one comment on formatting- the caption under the Katherine Hiegl photo and video is in a different font- might want to change that to make it more visually appealing. From a content perspective, I think it would be good to have a kind of conclusion section that just kind of draws all the different information and content together in a succinct fashion.
