This is a really great page- I love your use of photos, and how you connected to issues around the world ie. Korea. I agree with a few of the points raised by others: more of an explanation as to what medicalization is, and maybe alternative discussion regarding surgeries etc. Loved your points about how the media played into it- Kylie Jenner is a great pop culture reference.

Your wiki page is extremely thorough and vey well organized! It is clear you did extensive research on the topic, seeing how the page is very informative with lots of references. The topic is also relevant to the course and really interesting! The only suggestion I would make is to elaborate a little on the "medicalization" section as it is a little brief. Otherwise, amazing work!!

Hi! I really enjoyed your wiki assignment so far. I appreciate how well organized your page is, how clear your writing is, and how your in-text citations are in place. I find this topic to be very interesting and I like how you took a modern approach to the topic incorporating public figures such as Kylie Jenner and Andressa Urach as examples. I like how you were able to provide readers with a view of cosmetic surgery in a few different countries/cultures. I also liked how you incorporated the work of 12 different reference pieces into your wiki assignment making it very educational to readers.

Just a couple suggestions :) Perhaps you could further explain what medicalization is through examples. As well, if possible it would strengthen your assignment if you are able to include a section about cosmetic surgery in Canada, not only the United States.
