Sub-headings, statistics, and citations

Hey! Awesome work on your wiki so far-- I really enjoyed reading it!! I just had a couple ideas that may improve your wiki. First, the titles of your sub-headings are quite long. In preparation for this assignment, I was reading up on how to create an effective wiki page and one of the suggestions was to make sure your headings are concise and informative for your reader. Perhaps shortening them to the topic before discussing it (I.e. changing "The salary and women's performance at work is unequal" to "Salary and Women's Performance", then going on to explain how/why it is unequal) might make your discussion more coherent to your audience. Just a thought, though! Secondly, I think including a "statistics" section might be helpful for your wiki, where you can put relevant information regarding, say, income disparities, discrimination statistics, etc.. I suggest this to everyone, really, but as a reader I find it so helpful when concepts are displayed in a statistical manner because it rally demonstrates the real-world relevance of these topics! Lastly, I noticed in citation 6 (the article by Nicole Fortin) there are two sets of quotation marks around the title of the article. Just a minor thing, but I thought I would share because I know how easy those things are to miss! Overall, great job!

Gender Discrimination in the Canadian work field - progress feedback

Great work on your wiki page!

Your topic is very informative and relevant, interesting to read about the different causes that factor into this issue. A few minor pieces of advice, one suggestion would be to focus on the clarity of your wording to really clearly communicate the ideas/ reasons. A few times I found it was a bit vague or general, maybe bringing the focus to specific examples or incorporating statistical evidence about examples like the disparity in the gender pay gap would really emphasize the severity of this issue in my opinion.

The headings are very clear and informative, but one thing I would suggest would be to shorten some of them and avoid repetition when possible. Shortening can help catch the reader's eye more as well, for example with the heading "The influence of stereotype on women's treatment in Canada" the readers are already aware that the article is focusing on gender discrimination in the workforce in Canada specifically, so shorter headings could really pull in the reader's attention more and avoid repetition.

Good usage of citations and quotes, one thing I would suggest for your references would be to include the link to the references as I've noticed many other featured Wikipedia articles include that factor for the reader to access the sources easily.

Just a few minor add-ins and thoughts, but hope it was helpful! Keep up the good work!
