Someone want to elaborate on the QBS? I don't know this Picard theorem (the only one I know is from Complex analysis).

We're talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Picard%E2%80%93Lindel%C3%B6f_theorem I would like to see the conditions clearly stated, and which condition exactly is not satisfied.
