Library talk:Open Collections

I'm assuming you will be doing this but it would be nice if this was a nice landing space for Open Collections. Similar to the landing space we have for UBC Library on the wiki - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_British_Columbia_Library

It would be useful to create an info box similar to the one here: https://wiki.ubc.ca/Library:Open_Scholarship_Sub-Committee This will make the organization of the page much nicer.

I would also make all the help sections (navigation, searching, etc.) list on the info box rather than just link at the bottom of this page.
