- What knowledge do they already have coming out of grad school into a new role?
- Develop materials for new hires and let broader library know they are available
- Can package Scholarly Communications, Copyright, and cIRcle together
- Can invite RC to assist to discuss the data side/research side of OS
- Restructure instruction for 1hour session with ancillary content available for later use
- Outline the foundations of open scholarship
- How the units support this activity
- Direct people to POSE to delve into more of the info/greater learning
