Small Working Implementation Meetings

Erin will become Lead during Stephanie's study leave (as of September 1, 2023). Tara will take over as Secretary.
Send out new recurring meeting for the year at same frequency, date, time (ERIN)
Identify all implementations in scope and merge those which can be bundled or are redundant. Preserve implementation notes/comments (ERIN)
Outline for a year-end WG activity report will be sent to members for feedback/review in advance of the next meeting (STEPH)

Consent for public release of the environmental scan is pending approval from two remaining interviewees.
Final drafts of WG documents will be moved from the TEAMS working space to the shared drive
Members reviewed and annotated implementation brainstorm data to begin assessing next steps. Proposed follow-up discussion to assess scope and consider how to present data to Librarians and Archivists for feedback.
Outline for a year-end WG activity report will be drafted for review at next meeting.

Members welcome new member Alex Alisauskas, Reference Librarian (Woodward Library, UBCV) and acknowledged the contributions of outgoing member, Nick Ubels, former Community Engagement Librarian (IKBLC, UBCV).
Members provided feedback on latest draft of the environmental report. Consent for public release pending response from interviewees.
Co-Chairs reported the Library information session was cancelled due to low registration and timing. Members to consider alternate methods for reporting on WG activities to Librarians and Archivists.
Proposed next steps to begin reviewing implementation brainstorm data to develop a work plan for Year 2.
