All of our content on our site are Creative Commons Licensed - Attribution. (CC-BY). Meaning that you can use, remix and distribute our work as long as you attribute (Credit) our work. The ways of embedding/using our work can vary depending on the content you want to use.
Embedding Video content
All of our videos in the Learning Commons website are creative commons license, and are uploaded to YouTube. You can access to all of our videos from our UBC Learn YouTube channel . You can edit video using video editing feature in YouTube
Using the quiz
All of the quizzes on the site, including Approach to Learning: Self Assessment and quizzes in the Student Toolkits, are created using Gravity Form . So if you have gravity forms installed, you can re-create the quiz easily. There are also alternative quiz tools such as Wp-Pro-Quiz.
Using the graphics
All of the images we use on the site are creative commons license and it is cited. Most of the images are CC-BY, but depending on the source of the image, the image may be in different form of license (such as CC-NC-ND - where you can use the image as long as you're not going to use for commercial purpose, and you are not going to edit the image. )
Embedding Content
Most of the embedded content are available on wiki. You can embed content from wiki using the wiki embed plugin or by using the Embed code in ubc wiki (You can get the embed code under Tools > Embed Page)

If you want to use the Ted-Ed style template that is used on the student toolkit- you can use. The layout is available in HTML/CSS/JQuery format. See Learning Wrapper
