The ICICS/CS Building is a building at the University of British Columbia's Point-Grey campus. It is home to the Institute for Computing, Information and Cognitive Systems (ICICS) and the UBC Department of Computer Science.[4][5] The ICICS/CS Building consists of two wings: the West Wing and the X-Wing.[5]
History
The West Wing of the ICICS/CS Building opened on October 15th, 1993, and the building reached its current form with the addition of the X-Wing on July 19th, 2005.[6][7]
Classrooms
The ICICS/CS Building is home to labs, project rooms, and the Demco Learning Centre.[8][9] The building also has two ORCA (Open Resource Centre for Assessments) rooms for computer-based exams: ICCS 014 and ICCS 008.[10]
