1. Open My Network Places.
2. Select Add a network place, the Add Network Place Wizard will open.
3. Click “Next” > Select “Choose Another Network Location”.
4. Enter the web address as described in Finding the Blackboard Learn Course Folder Path
5. Click Next to connect.
6. In the username field, enter: your PUID.
7. In the password field, enter: your Utility Password.

Mac

1. In Finder, go to GO menu and select “Connect to Server”.
2. In the server address field, enter the web address as described in Finding the Blackboard Learn Course Folder Path
3. Click Next to Connect.
4. In the username field, enter: your PUID.
5. In the password field, enter: your Utility Password.
