Where to find important documents
The main list of documents--signs, manuals, templates, tutorial videos, etc--is hosted on Confluence: https://confluence.it.ubc.ca/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=UEML&title=List+of+Important+Documents
(If you don't have access to that page, you can get access by visiting the "Confluence" section of this onboarding course.)
For project-related documents use your project team channel's Files section on Microsoft Teams. Draft content will be there for collaborative work during the life of the project efforts and then are published to this wiki, project pages and share in handover documents for principal investigators. EML also produces a lot of published content of interest via the website project pages, etc.
Do not use Google Drive.
